Snowpocalypse or Stupidity?
Random Rant of the Day: WHY is everyone freaking out over the snow? Yes, New Jersey has gotten a lot of snow in the past week but there are a couple of valid explanations for this:
1. It’s FUCKING winter! In wintertime…it is cold. When it is cold, sometimes snow falls from the sky. This is not a new concept.
2. We live in NEW JERSEY. Here in NJ…we get snow.
Put those two factors together and you can expect a snowstorm. I’d actually be in a panic if we did not get any snow and it was 60 and sunny all winter because THAT would be weird. This is normal. People are just so incredibly stupid.
So to answer all the facebook statuses “like oh my gah why is there so much snow?” It is because it is winter, and cold, and we live in NJ and thats what happens.
Also facebook statuses such as “Why isn’t it summer?” “Summerrrrr where are you?” etc…… It isn’t summer because it is February and summer is not until June. Hope that helps :)
